Food. It is the number 1 thing people want on a daily basis. But too much of that "good" stuff is bad for you. Try to eat healthier by eating more fruits and vegetables. Try to excercise too. Now me, i have a high metabolism, so I can eat and eat, but not get fat (gain weight). To help yourself out, try to make healthy foods that you still think are tasty. you can come up with something!
